About me

I use to love teeth a lot (I still do!). For the longest time I thought I was going to be a dentist, so I went away to college and was a Biology/Pre-dental major for 2 years. Didn't like that...so I switched to Finance for another 2 years. Once again, wasn't for me. Cried a lot tears, had a quarter life crisis and went into Graphic Design because I always liked art, design, typography.

Well I now have my BS is Graphic Design. I'm finding that I really love photo-manipulation but have always been silently attracted to beautiful retouching (Vogue, Vanity Fair, Cosmo, MAC instore displays etc). Even though I'm in the design industry, I'm jumping mountains to try to improve and get better at the art of hi-end retouching and hopefully figure out how to make a transition into that.
