Hi, my name is Benjamin (Ben) Smith. I am the owner and head photographer for Lucki 13 Studio Photography. My goal here is to build my portfolio and to learn new tricks along the way. I am assisted by my wife, Ashley.

From this site I hope to gain more clientele and greater exposure. I would like to build a more diverse portfolio. Specifically, I am looking to add senior photos, weddings, pregnancy, family photos and children.

My favorite things to photograph are babies and pinup style shoots. My artistic side likes to photograph wildlife and nature.

I do a lot of studio work (thanks to Maine winters), though I prefer outdoor photo shoots. I'm still defining my style. I have a hands off approach, preferring to capture a moment rather then create a moment.
