It has been a long journey In 2008 I was diagnosed with a tumor or the right mandible called amelioblastoma because of the nature of this tumor damaging affect I had to have the entire right portion of my jaw removed. Come to find out that if i had waited the tumor was growing ang could of cut of my breathing during my sleep.
I have had about 5-6 Surgeries to reconstruct my jaw. I was depressed. And every time I tried to get back in the gum I had to have another surgery. The wort one was the actual reconstruction of the jaw.
The took bone fron my hip and packed it into my jaw. When i awoke from my surgery my mouth was wired shut. I could t eslk for 2 days. I had a drain placed in my neck and hip. I had two keep my mouth wited and drink all my eal for more than a month. Lost all my gains. I Became skinny and frail and hit my lowest state.
But my family helped my spirits. I was alive that was the blessing. So I started from the bottom and relearned everyhing about: nutrition and training ( especially for my bodytype .
I pushed my self gaining more and more knowledge on a daily basis. I really took this time to experiment with what diet and training worked specific to me. So finally after my last procedire I dediced to enter the challenge I was determined to but my self in a place I had never been before. The first 3 months flew by. I was tracking every single piece of food I placed In My food. I learned how to adjust my eating as to not spike my insulin. Levels as much I was i did in the past. I began drink more and mote water. Until most of , if not all of my liquids were water.
My mind and body had never felt this good. Was finally treating my nutrition like my workout. The meal was the workout then rest then workout again. Making sure each on was balanced and contain the nutrietiens and macronutrients to aid in recovery as well as fuel my workouts.
