The Power of Make-up
During my teenage years, I suffered from severe eczema, acne and rosacea. A lack of self-esteem followed and I found it difficult to accept myself.
What made me feel more confident? Make-up.
Make-up brought me confidence and reassurance. It wasn't a mask to cover my insecurities but an enhancement of my features. Most importantly, it also gave me the courage to accept who I was. From then on, I saw the power of makeup and my love for it blosomed into a passion.
In this growing digital age where media has become a part of our daily lives, there is a pressure to maintain a look of ‘perfection’ that is just not reality. I believe that makeup is not about conforming to the standards of the media or your peers but about your individuality. Hence, I strongly believe in giving YOU that confidence by accentuating your unique features so that YOU can stand out from the crowd and feel great about who YOU are.
As a Makeup Artist and Beauty Therapist, I work with you to create your desired look – one that suits your facial structure, hair/eye colour, outfit and any skin types/problems that you may have. I strive to achieve a flawless, long-lasting and beautiful look. My experience has also given me the honour to work with clients from different ethnicities and on a number of fashion photoshoots. As such, I offer my services in the following areas:
Dark Skinned Makeup
Fashion and Commercial Makeup
