I do portrait work, headshots and commercial gigs. I love photographing models, artists and actors, but I also love working with the guy/gal next door. I enjoy the challenge of working with nervous subjects and getting them to relax in front of the camera. My work tends towards moody lighting and evocative portraits, but I'm quite adept with lighting and am happy to go in different directions for assignments. I also love working on creative collaborations and conceptual projects.

I can shoot here in my studio in the Mission district of San Francisco, or on location around the bay area. I've got ample lighting and equipment for studio or location shoots.
