In choosing Photoswithattitude as their photographer, the model make a wise choice. Any old snapper can take a photo of a girl in the nip. PWA’s genius is in bringing out their unique personalities; he has an instinctive talent for capturing those tiny nuances that make every girl an individual and not some production-line Page Three clone.
If you like my style why not leave a comment on your favourite photo in my gallery or alternatively check out my Deviant Art account for more of my work.

lt | Fetish | Erotic | Nude| photographer based in High Wycombe, Bucks, UK.
There are people who see tattoos and piercings as aggressive or antisocial, but it’s like a mask; there’s often a fragile person just behind it.’ So says Mark Page, an erotic photographer based just outside London, UK, who specialises in Alt models. ‘Obviously that isn’t the case for everyone. Some of the people I meet are very confident and outgoing. But for some, the body modification is the equivalent of a cat making itself look bigger to keep the world at arm’s length. I hear some terrible stories of abuse and or of having been terribly misunderstood or let down by family and society. They get the ink and the metal to create a new, self-defined identity. It helps to build their confidence by throwing away the ‘old them’. For many of my models, doing a shoot is the next stage along.’
Mark’s work is a mixture of harsh monochrome or vivid colour. All of the work is shot either on location, in the model’s own home, or at Mark’s house. To begin with, this was a matter of necessity. ‘I didn’t have the luxury of a studio and many of my models didn’t have a place they could call their own in which to shoot. So we improvised’, he explains. ‘I was amazed at how atmospheric the shots could be with the minimum of lights and props. We’d look for that particular door, or wall or staircase or even a bath tub that would enhance the shape and feel of the picture. It soon became a bit of a mission; I wanted to prove to myself and others that any competent photographer can create sensual, erotic, aesthetic-pleasing shots with non-professional models and without a studio.’
Some of Mark’s models – mostly women but, increasingly, more men and couples -are quite extreme characters. The challenge is to capture the character they want to present to the world without losing their essential character. Even the most gore-splashed, bandaged and gas-mask wearing model retains her femininity. While some of the imagery seems to come from deep within the darker side of the human psyche, there is never a sense of exploitation or maltreatment in Mark’s pictures. You get the sense that the models are willing participants (which they are) exploring the boundaries of their own sexuality. Quite often there is a quietly dark sense of humour on display and a quick view of the many ‘behind-the-scenes’ photos that Mark takes during a session reveal a genuine friendship and trust between him and his models.
Mark’s work has been featured in Erotic Signature, Jade and Edition Skylight books and recently he has started to run workshops for photographers with an interest in this field. He is also the creator of the Photoswithattitude brand; a photographic studio expressly set-up for first time models with limited income to see how it feels to take part in a professional shoot. The whole ethos behind Photoswithattitude is to provide the experience without exploitation; the model decides just how far they will go. Appropriate vetting procedures also ensure that the models are not underage or being coerced in any way. There are plans to franchise the brand to other towns and cities in the near future.
