I have been working as a makeup artist in New York and the Tri-State Area for more than 5 years. During that time I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the most recognized photographers, agencies, crews and talent. This has allowed me the opportunity to create looks for people of all skin tones, skin types, all ages and ethnicity's. I've been given the chance to do makeup in most areas of the entertainment industry, including T.V., concerts (Radio City Music Hall, The Covergirls) print, and music videos ( Wyclef Jean, "April Showers"). My makeup has been featured for an ad with Maybelline and Refinery29. Much of my work also can be found on Groupon and Amazon. I also do a lot of makeup for weddings, fx special effects and special events, which I love because it's an honor to be a part of someone's important day. I continue to further my education on a constant basis & am always taking courses that will help me grow as an artist. I love art in general, and making up faces has been a great way for me to utilize my creativity. Color theory is very important when it comes to makeup, as well as knowing how to play with the balance of light and shadow, highlights and contours etc. It's all applicable to the face & every client that I work on provides me with a new "canvas."
