I also work full time online running a fitness and weight loss business that involves creating programs for other models, weight loss clients, athletes, bikini models, stay at home mom's, muscle building programs for both MALE and FEMALE clients if you have individuals needing to shape up for a shoot or casting let me know! I have a lot of "leaning/slimming" down programs that models and partners use to prep for upcoming shoots and events!
The online program is the same thing as working with a personal trainer except at a fraction of the cost and without meeting several times a week with a trainer. So with my online clients, we do a 15 minutes consultation via Google Hangouts or a phone call to go over the clients goals, obstacles, medical history and assess their current fitness level and come up with a plan as to what would work best for that individual. From there, each week I create 7 days of a program including custom meal plan and custom workouts (including both cardio and strength training regimens) for that individual to follow on their own. At the end of each week, we do a 10 minute chat online to go over progress and any adjustments that might need to be made as well as set up the following week's program for their goals. Pricing and payments vary depending on the complexity of the individual's program. Here are the different programs available right now (they adjust based on what clients need/want):
*Weekly Meal Planning Only (7 Days of clean eating)
*Weekly Workouts Only (Strength training/ cardio regimen including rest days)
*Weight Loss (Combines weekly meal planning and workout regimens)
*Muscle Building (A program created to take clients through a new phase every 4 weeks to lose fat, build muscle, and increase energy)
*30 day Clean Eating-every 30 days clients are giving 5 breakfast recipes, 5 lunch recipes, 5 snacks, and 5 dinner recipes to incorporate into their regular eating to help clean up their diet and add some variety to their program. Also, includes a template/guide on how to structure your meals.
*30 Day Clean eating with supplement guidance- includes the same benefits of the above option Plus teaches you how to incorporate meal replacements, proteins, and vitamins into your program based on that individual's needs
*Monthly Clean Eating Recipe Program- This program simply involves on the first of each month the individual will receive 7 different dinner recipes OR 7 different dessert recipes OR 7 different breakfast OR 7 Different Snacks, etc for a flat fee.
