I have been in the photography business for 11 years. I believe communication is very important in this industry, there's Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Skype, Western Union, Onstar, BMW Assist, M-B mbrace, Lexus Safety Connect, Maserati Assistance, cell phones, satellite phones, payphones (not many), neighbours with phones, postal mail (I might get the message 3 days after, but at least I receive some type of response), email, smoke signals.  We must speak up to get what we want. Also, taking good photos and making sure everyone has a good time along the way!
