Im a San Francisco bay area Freelance Graphic Designer with over 10 years experience. I do legit photo retouching. I wont take your beautiful photos and run them through some BS filters or photoshop actions and send them back to you. I do quality, professional work and as such my rates will reflect that. I wont retouch your photo's for $5 dollars as some people advertise, you get what you pay for.
