Hello, my name is Ahmed Shehata am 24 years old born in 4/7/1989. I had always been sports addict since am 3 years old. I started my life playing gymnastic for 4 years; actually it’s the right sport that put me on the right track. After that I started to play judo in high school, I loved this sport, judo make me always self confident and always ready for action. Judo taught me that it’s not about the size of the dog in the fight but it’s about the size of the fight in the dog. I played judo for 10 years I was Arab championship till I got injured, in the meantime I was hitting the gym hard to get stronger in my game. After my injured gym, fitness and nutrition was the only track left for me to keep my body in shape. Working out became to be my life style since the age of 14. All my idea about the gym in the beginning was to lift heavy weights, so my gym coach saw my sprit going to power lifting, so he suggested that I should start focusing on power lifting. I listened to him and went all the way with him; I was benching 300 pounds, squatting 380 pounds and dead lifting 400 pounds in the age of 16. I started to get so big and lose my shape definition so I decided to stop power lifting because I always love to be the fit athletic ripped guy. I started to change the way I workout, I got more into bodybuilding, and from here my life went from left to right. I spent my last years in high school and university studying, eating and training and working out. I got in the game and I got so addict, that the day I miss the gym was like I went to hell.
Fast forward I am graduated from the British university in Egypt, mechanical engineer, means I am a hard working guy, I always love to do what I want and however hard it is I will do it, because everything start with a dream then I say I can do it then I do it. After I graduated my whole life I wanted to be a pilot, but my family was like you need other certificate in case you could not work in the aviation field, that’s why I finished my university before doing my aviation study. The whole way working out was parallel in anything am doing. I traveled to California in 2010, to start my aviation study, I stayed there for 1 year that was the only year that I stopped working out in, because of the load of the work I had to do and flying hours. When I got back to Egypt I was so hungry on working out, like I want to eat the weights to get back in shape. I did very hard work for 6 month and I got back in better shape thanks god. From here I started my first photo shoots in Egypt, it was pretty good experience for the first time, my friend he has professional camera he did the photo shoots for me, we started it as for fun.
I started posting the photos on Instagram, I found that my followers started to increase and I got a lot of likes on the photos I am posting. Most of the comments were ‘are you a model? Where do you model? For which agencies?’ from here I started to look at from the view that I can work and get in the field of fitness modeling but how and where I had no idea. Till one day I started to take modeling career serious and get in the field of modeling.
My goal is to be the fit guy alive, and later on to be the oldest fit guy alive. I want every guy and girl on earth to be fit and healthy and achieve their goals however how hard it is because everything start with a dream. And my advice to everyone is that your body is the only temple you will live in all your life so you better keep your self healthy and fit.
