M. Corey Whitted is a rare Los Angeles native. After high school, he attended UCLA, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology. He then taught science and math for several years before moving to Yokohama, Japan.
It was in Japan where he became inspired to seriously focus on photography, and develop it into a carreer. He then moved back to Los Angeles and began shooting for various Japanese and domestic publications, and clients. Juicy magazine, Custom Lowriding magazine, Cubic, Glam, Lux G, BLVD, Complex are few of the magazines that have featured his images. In addition, Corey also works closely with Smashbox Studios collaborating with other photographers, helping them produce beautiful images as well. He has proven to be a very versatile photographer, that always creates a excellent shooting enviroment that comes across in a every image produced.
