About Me

Born and raised in Cherry Hill, NJ to a struggling Artist Mother and a starting 60's Rock Star Father. I was right in the middle of the art world from painting to performing. At an early age it was discovered I excelled on anything to do with math and making a computer do really cool stuff. At a time when computers were just beginning to show up as a useful tool. My Mother recognized the future of art, and computers being hand in hand one day. She made every effort to find ways to inspire my passion. A constent push was made for me to experience the arts in the way of museums, shows, programing classes, computer graphics, etc.

After attending 2 years of an Art History path in college, I was singled out by a wonderful Professor. She saw a want in me, that I had to find a way to merge my passion for photography into a digital format world. This gave me open doors in to the bleeding edge of this emerging artistic world I wanted to be creating for. Never was I without a camera in hand, and finding ways to convert the expensive film developing process into a digital format. All my effort brought me to the front door of Apple Computer, by personal invitation.

I continue my push even today for the advancement in digital projects in photography, 3D imaging, camera firmware development and medical imaging. I am still called on to consult on changes that need to be made by many companies to help an idea develop into a working direction.

In the end my passion follows what I wanted to be doing in the first place, and that's creating beautiful photos in the digital world. I was able to retire from the computer photo print world as a high level programer for 15 years in the Color Photo Prepress and print industry in 2006 at 38. I traveled the world for over 12 years developing software and hardware for the commercial printing industry to make the printed magazine photo look just like the original photo as it was taken.

I shoot head shots, models, homes, panoramic, events, and photo restorations from damage done by the elements. I shoot in the Studio or on location. People I've worked with say I put them at ease in front of the camera, and have a funny personality. I am comfortable in any shooting environment. I have access to a local studio, and location shoots are no problem. I like to help out new models with their portfolios in exchange for the addition to mine.

Whatever you are looking for, I'm sure we can work together. Please feel free to contact me any time.
