Sept 21st 2009- I've just changed my location....to Verona, NY. Where the hell is Verona, NY??!! Many of you know that I lived in Miami the last four years...and in NYC prior to that...but now I'm back in upstate NY on a 3 month contract working as a performer at a resort. I have to say I can't complain about some stable income during the tumultuous economy and I do have a couple days off each week during which I can travel to NYC or elsewhere for assignments


People tell me I'm an old soul. I see myself as a free spirit. I've been modeling since I could drive...haha. I would say I "started" when I was a muse for Dave Feiling. There were not many (or maybe any other) great photographers near the tiny little town where I grew up. He taught me about moving and light and being free in front of the camera. I learned the difference between good and bad photography. We shot so many times I can't count how many. With all the great photos I got myself my first agent! After college I tried out the 9-5 life complete with corporate boyfriend. Then had a brief stint in New York modeling until I was told I'm "too short!" enough times for it to be brain damaging. Decided I'd be better suited for a different market; narrowing it down to Chicago or Miami. It happened to be November and having a severe adversion to the cold I packed my shit into my car and drove down to South Beach. Heh. Four years later here I am. I've traveled so much in the last few years that sometimes I definitely don't feel like I live here. But I did finally get a Florida driver's license. Whew. Big commitment. I officially live here. hehe.

I'm pretty open to answering questions from new models. I wish I received more good advice along my journey in this business. My portfolio projects the lovely model I am. But, I have worked all sorts of crazy assignments! I have seen and heard it all! I especially hold a place in my heart for helping girls in upstate New York (where I grew up)and have held a position at the New York Institute for Dance & Education as their Model Consultant for a few years now www.NYIDE.com. Due to all the interest I started doing workshops and private consultations whenever I am in upstate NY.
