About me
I am a Nature, Body and Portrait photographer always looking to inspire and be inspired, to transcend myself, to learn from others and make images that have never been seen before. Occasionally, I succeed.
I've worked extensively with projections on the body that transforms flesh into rock, wood and other materials. More recently I've been inspired by the transcendent fashion work of the late Alexander McQueen, so I've been creating images that don't aim for the illusion of sculpture, but rather the impression of a sheer, body hugging garment of no thickness that decorates the body in unexpected ways. I call these "virtual hyper-garments."
My work has been shown in galleries in New York, across the US, Paris, Tours, and Istanbul. I'm looking to do more work with models in exceptional natural settings, including nudes.
I like to work with models who have a distinct look, and who know how to move. I'm always willing to coach a beginning model. Working with an experienced model is a great pleasure.
