Michaell Lynn studied at France at La Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne as well as at New York's Parson's School of Design. Her student work was recognized at the Dé d'Or de l'Avenir a Parisian design competition following which she worked for Emmanuelle Ungaro Guy Laroche, and Christian Lacroix, Haute Couture YSL Rive Gauche, and collaborated with John Galliano as well as the prestigious British milliner Stephen Jones on collections for Givenchy, Dior, and Galliano.

Raised in Hawaii of Asian origin, Michaell's vision is elegant and feminine, naturalistic, and a bit exotic. Her work for John Galliano was featured in Vogue and The Herald Tribune, and one of her creations toured the world to accompany Galliano's book launch. She was also featured as an expert couturière on Lifetime’s fashion reality show “24 Hour Catwalk”, and has worked with Dakota Fanning. Kirsten Dunst, Lucy Liu, and with Katie Holmes working on the actress’s fashion line and regularly collaborates with other designers to execute special pieces for their collections.

Possessing a high taste level and a mastery of technique Michaell brings a sense of simplicity and purity of form to even the most complex creations. She acquired specialty expertise in corset construction during her work in costuming for ballet companies and the Broadway stage, and her impeccably fitted corset-based gowns are comfortable yet prompt a regal bearing, sculpting tiny waists, and creating an alluring décolletage showing each woman to her best advantage.
