Fitness, nutrition, & motivation is my slogan and it's what I live by! Growing up I ate terrible & didn’t pay attention to what I put in my body. Because I had little guidance, it was up to me to change my habits and my lifestyle.
When I came across the Kiana Tom Fitness TV show I realized that I wanted to be healthy and that fitness and nutrition was something that I was very interested in. I wanted to look like that! But I also realized I needed a coach, I couldn't do it alone...
I started learning about nutrition, how to work out properly & proper form from a close friend and personal trainer and I began helping my friends and family get on the right track too. I have to admit I loved the excitement of helping, transforming, and motivating people.
A short time later I got certified and formally became a Personal Trainer. I am certified through AAAI/ISMA as a Phase I and II Master Trainer & a Nutritional Consultant. I am also constantly reading and learning and searching for new techniques and new information on fitness and nutrition to help my clients. I am always taking things to next level and going bigger and better and I challenge everyone to go further, go harder, and keep making goals!
I have been passionate about health & fitness for over 10 years and I will help you learn to make healthier lifestyle choices, lose pounds, and improve your endurance and strength! I will help motivate and inspire you to become the best YOU can be.

which is my kick-butt training program for just about everyone, although it’s geared towards women.
