HEY EVERYONE! MY NAME IS MARY AND I AM 17 YEARS OLD. IM TRYING TO PERSUE A CAREER IN MODELING AND HOPEFULLY BECOME SUCCESSFUL IN THE INDUSTRY.
I WAS BORN IN THE PHILIPPINES. I WAS A MILITARY BRAT. MY DAD WAS THE ONE IN THE NAVY. HE HAS SINCE PASSED. SO NOW IM IN PHILLY TRYING TO DO MY THING.
MODELING IS SOMETHING I REALLY WANT TO DO! I WANT TO MAKE IT BIG, AND MAKE MYSELF AND EVERYONE I LOVE HAPPY. I WANT TO MAKE ART. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO TELL STORIES IN MY PHOTO'S. AFTER ALL THEY DID SAY "A PICTURE SAYS A THOUSAND WORDS", AND I REALLY BELIEVE THAT. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO LOOK INTO THE LENS, AND HAVE EVERYONE FEEL THE EMOTION.
OH YEAH, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, IM NOT INTO THE MORE EROTIC/NUDE PHOTO'S. IM STILL A YOUNG GIRL, AND AM NOT READY FOR ALL OF THAT STUFF YET.
I HAVE NO REAL EXPERIENCE OR EVEN A PORTFOLIO. I AM LOOKING FOR PHOTOGRAGHERS WHO MIGHT CONSIDER TFP/TFCD. ANYONE WHO CAN HELP, IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!
UPDATE:::::SO I THINK IM GOING TO THE PHILIPPINES IN LATE APRIL OR EARLY MAY. I PLAN TO TAKE SOME PHOTOGRAPHS OVER THERE. I KNOW IT MUST BE BEAUTIFUL! I MIGHT BE THERE FOR MAYBE A MONTH OR SO. I AM ALSO GOING TO NEW MEXICO. THIS MEANS, I WILL BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO MAYBE EL PASO, OR THE NEARER PARTS OF TEXAS. SO ANY PHOTOGRAPHERS THAT CAN HELP, JUST LET ME KNOW. THANX

Thank you for stopping by and dont worry you will get there cuz that how i start. Just do different images and style that you feel comfortable doing. Dont let the photographers tell you what to wear, you the model so you decide. Maybe later down on the line you might want to change ur style.

i dont think ya need an agent unless you start to get really big...i dont have one! and i find plenty of opportunities for work:) dont get suckered into paying high $$$$ for stuff like that or photo shoots...

Hey There.... You definitely want to work with different photographers so that you can build a portfolio with that show your versatility/diversity.... And try to get involved in as many TFP's / TFCD's as possible. And the most important is networking yourself!!! Sites like these are great. You want to get yourself out there, create online portfolios, and attend castings and so on. These things should not cost you any money (if they do... odds are it’s a scam)....

well your pics look great so far, just do what your profile says- find photographers who will do TFP and build an awesome portfolio...don't ever pay for pictures! once you have 10-20 AWESOME pictures, photogs. will start emailing YOU asking YOU to shoot. it will help once you turn 18 also, at least depending on what kind of modeling you want to do when it comes to signing model release forms:) don't just say yes to ANYONE who offers you TFP too, pick people who do relatively good work, otherwise it'll look bad on you b/c they'll most likely be using ur images in THEIR port as well..good luck! xo gena
