"I'm always up to a challenge when trying something new." explains LA, the entertainment world’s new leading lady.
Born Leslie Elizabeth Ashton, LA began her road to stardom at the tender age of 3 with dance. She pursued dance to each end of the spectrum from Jazz to Ballet. Upon discovering her passion for performing, she began to perform in school plays and local fashion shows.
After moving to Japan in 1996, LA signed her first major modeling deal with a leading Japanese Modeling Agency. She has starred in numerous commercials and has graced the covers of numerous Japanese publications and print magazines for designers. The young starlet was casted leading lady for a chart-topping Japanese artist known as Lil Ai and this was the performance that launched LA to the next level in the entertainment world overseas.
In 2005 LA returned to the states in hopes to find the same love for the entertainment world as she did in Japan. In her years since returning she has grown to become a vixen in such videos as "That's Gangsta” by Bun_B, Lil Wil's "My Dougie" and most recently co-starred with Hurricane Chris in the video for his song "Halle Berry".
From video reels to runways to print work , LA’s resume goes on to include runway training from Isaac Birdlong, runway model for Baby Phat and such magazine publications as Tal Cambell Model Select, Undevco.com, and DimeCandy.com/Magazine.
