I'd like to say I'm from Kansas, where I was born; however, the truth is that I was raised all over. Born and raised an Army brat. I grew up in Kansas, Germany, Louisiana, and Idaho, and have traveled everywhere in between. I moved to Virginia when I was 18 to start college, found my Marine, and got married. I moved to California a few years ago, and suffice it to say, I fell in love with the area. Much to my surprise, I got pregnant and had a little girl. My daughter is a very active two year-old, and she is my world. Her coming into my life made me put my dreams on the back burner for a little while, but now that she is a little older, it's time I pursue what I have always wanted to.

While many may say that speaking about others (e.g. significant others, children, etc.) is not a good thing to include in one's bio, I disagree. If a biography is supposed to talk about me, then that is something I will include. After all, my family has made me who I am. That being said, I sincerely hope that anyone reading my biography, who is turned away by that, changes their mind and gives me a chance.

Modeling has always been an aspiration of mine. Growing up, I was always the tall girl in class. People assumed I would be great at basketball. Alas, I was not, nor was I interested. I spent my time watching America's Next Top Model and the medical channel. There were numerous occasions that I looked in to modeling, but something always got in the way. It was not until moving to California that I have truly been able to pursue that dream because there are so many opportunities out here! Acting is not something I realized I wanted to pursue until I got into the industry and realized just how much fun and rewarding it can be. Ultimately, I realize this is a tough industry to make it in. All I can say is that I am willing to work hard to pursue my goals and dreams. Carpe Diem loves.
