I am a fully qualified makeup artist from Dublin looking for some more experience doing makeup for TV & Film/ photoshoots. I Graduated from L.A. College of Creative Arts in April 2014 with a diploma in bridal, contemporary, high fashion, TV & film and special effects makeup.The course covered various aspects of makeup application and techniques. Course modules included bridal and comtemporary, high fashion and photographic, male makeup, fantasy makeup, period makeup, T.V and film, special effects, face and body painting, cultural makeup and airbrushing. Throughout the course I was taught by many highly-regarded makeup artists. I also created different looks for four photoshoots, shot by an industry leading photographer. These images are included in my portfolio. I also plan to further my education by doing an ITEC course in the college in the near future.
I have some experience with T.V and film makeup.
In July, I was involved in a film promo with Feenish Productions that is due to air on RTE. I did the makeup and touch ups for all three actors involved in the production (2 male and 1 female) over one full day of filming.
More recently, I assisted in the production of a short film by Ailbhe Keogan (writer of the film “Run and Jump”). I served as the on-set makeup artist for the four actors involved, 2 male and 2 female, for the two days of shooting.
