Hello and thanks for stopping by my name is Karen and I'm a licensed makeup artist from the Washington, DC/Metro area, currently residing in Santa Clara, California. I have received formal training from Yvonne de Vilar Aesthetic School, the Esthetic Institute, and the Marlene Kurland Makeup Artist Academy.
I'm interested in networking with models, photographers, fashion stylists, and filmmakers. I specialize in makeup for beauty, editorial, print, and film. My fees are within the usual and customary rates for the region and I'm available for travel (fee incurred).
I am interested in doing some test shoots (a true TEST SHOOT will include the photographer, model, hair stylist, designer or wardrobe stylist all coming together to create a work of art). Contact me with the details.
