Hello,

My name is Alaina Douglas, and I am 23 years old. I am an aspiring actress, that wants to create art through acting, comedy, writing and directing. I am a recent graduate from Alabama A & M University with a bachelors in marketing and looking forward to expanding my horizons as I find what comes natural to me. It amazes me what people can see in you, that you did not necessarily see in yourself or may have been too afraid to accept because of the voices of others. As a child I was always entertaining my family whether it was through my dance moves, silly faces or bubbly personality. Many look at acting as a doorway to fame and riches but honestly I look at as a way to help save the world. You never know who you inspire and I want to use acting as tool to spread knowledge, truth and positivity. Whether it be on a stage for a small audience or a movie production, I just want to do what I love and what I believe is my God given purpose. I have attached my resume, head-shots and audition tapes. Even if you all may not be interested, critics on how I can improve myself and continue to follow my dreams would be greatly appreciated.
