I am Tomomi Tokuda-an make up artist based in Tokyo.
Basically I work as a make up for TV now.
I would like to change to work for fashion, so I need my proper portfolio.
Also I would like to collaborate some brilliant artists from all over the world.
In my opinion, everybody is different and i am different too then some new idea comes up and creates new work.
