My name is Kayla and I am a mom, wife and NPC Bikini Competitor as well as a Certified Personal Trainer. Fitness is my passion, but it hasn't always been my life. After giving birth in January of 2015 and losing my baby weight by April 2015, I was still unsatisfied with myself so I began working out regularly in August of 2015. At that time, I discovered how much I truly loved training and how much I wanted to be able to show other moms who wished to better themselves physically, that it's not impossible. That's why I became a certified personal trainer and have been studying Post Partum Fitness. In January 2016 I made the decision to take my training to the next level and in March 2016 I entered my first NPC show which took place in July. During this process, I realized how much of a role model I truly wanted to be, how much I wanted to help and encourage and inspire others, not just women, to get in shape and decided that it was time to make a presence for myself and build my portfolio. Fast track to today and I'm so excited for the direction my career in fitness is heading and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me.
