I'm very simple; very laid back. I just have one policy and one policy only:
THE Head & Shoulders Policy : A shampoo to deal with any "flake" issues. If we make an appointment and you are a "no-show" AND a "no-call" then you need to go and buy yourself this shampoo and don't bother trying to re-schedule. Easy policy right? RIGHT!
