I feel one of the most important things we can do is follow our passion, craft a vision and relentlessly go after it.
Over the years I have gained a vast amount of experience in different fields. Most of which had a fitness or physical training component.

As a Marine veteran I took pride in my appearance as well as being in top physical shape. Guarding embassies around the world allowed me to experience many different cultures and open my mind to new ideas.

Studying martial arts unveiled a new type of challenge and fitness level as well as respect for others.

As a personal trainer I honed my knowledge while sharing my passion and helping others. In the field of public figure protection I have worked with some of the most successful individuals in the world and this lead me to begin crafting my own vision and pursue turning it into a reality!

This community is just one of many components to my dream I hope to connect and share experiences with other like minded people!.
