In the past 3 years, I have had the most memorable experiences and opportunities I could ever imagine and they have all been because of photography. Things as simple as exploring new places and trying creative photo ideas with my best friends all the way to being paid to travel up and down the coast taking portraits for people I hardly know. All in all, photography has allowed me to express myself in a way I never thought was possible and expanding that to a bigger audience would be something I could only dream of, that's why I want to be a part of Model Mayhem. I'm the head photographer for my school newspaper (Cal Poly SLO) and have also had opportunities to take pictures at concerts for people such as Flosstradamus and Cheat Codes. I hope my time and experience with model mayhem gives me more opportunities to showcase what I can create and allow me to get more experience in the photography industry.
