About Me

Mitja Rabar is a Walt Disney animator that stretches his art into multiple disciplines.
Born in Italy, Mitja started his artistic journey at the academy of fine art in Venice.
After working on several projects in Italy he moved to France to work on the universal studio animated film “Despicable Me”. Disney noticed his work and offered him an animation position on their feature film “Wreck-It Ralph”.
He has worked on every animated Disney feature since then. These film include the oscar winning titles “Frozen”, “Big Hero 6” and “Zootopia”.
Mitja devotes his spare time to photography, directing and animation instruction.
