So I'm over half a century old, been taking photographs for years, have published work, bla, bla. But if you're here, you're not looking to find out about a photographer, you're looking to find out what kind of photography you're going to get from me. I think photographs should evoke a reaction - it doesn't matter if that's driven by the story they tell, their composition or their technical precision, though great photographs have combinations of all those things and for some work one aspect is more important than another. If you see a photograph, feel an 'awe','ooo' or 'wow', or spend more than 20 seconds looking at it, in my book both it and the photographer have achieved what they set out to do.
