Hola, soy Charlene, and I'm a freelance makeup artist from San Diego. I graduated from the Joe Blasco Makeup School in Hollywood. I completed the Professional Makeup Artistry and Advanced Prosthetics.
I'm also a licensed Cosmetologist, but makeup artistry is my passion and strength. SO NO I DON'T DO HAIR!!!! I've been working as a freelance makeup artist for over three years now.
I'm very versatile, I'm not limited to one type of look. I can do beauty, glamour, avant garde, character, old age, injury, and other special fx. I do work for print, film, and events.
