For most of my life, I struggled with being overweight and uncomfortable in my own skin. A bit over a decade ago, I decided to change all of that. I had lost 70lbs and felt like a completely new individual. I had started modeling as a means to show that yes, you can lose weight and change your life; I wanted to be that example. In the more recent years, I've had a child and gotten on board with the keto diet and I also do intermittent fasting. I am a certified personal trainer and I intend to use modeling as a means to promote strength from within. We all have the potential to change ANY aspect of our lives and it starts with a choice.
