Seeing this text in his bio, some people have assumed it was me using a different account. I do have different accounts here (see credits under my photo). However, you should check out Joey's work...good stuff--just know that we are entirely two different people.

OR WE DON'T SHOOT. I've wasted too much time preparing for a shoot only to loose the ability to communicate because Model Mayhem was down.

Please understand this. I ask for this information so that we can get the best possible images in the time we have. Think of it this way--think of a movie that you really love. Do you really think that everyone just showed up on the set and said, "let's just wing it and see what we come up with!" I personally consider each shoot a production. I spend a lot of time putting thought and planning into each shoot. If all you want is someone to "take pictures" of you for your Myspace or Facebook--
PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE--NOT ME! I am only interested in working with professionals. And the the true professionals that I've worked with to date provide that information WITHOUT being asked.

- Note: We sign Model Release before I click. If you're interested in viewing the release, send me a message with an email address and I will send release to you ahead of time for your review.

* * * Bottom line--DO NOT waste my time and I WILL NOT waste yours! * * *
- TFP/CD shoots. Regardless of which option you choose from below, once you have the CD you have 3 DAYS to select up to 10 shots for retouch or 3-5 for 8x10 prints.
Option 1 - I bring my laptop and burn CD there. This adds another 20-30 minutes to the shoot...or away from the shoot.
Option 2 - I burn the CD at home you get it the next day...guaranteed!
- Paid Shoots--me paying you. CD, retouched images, and prints should be NEGOTIATED prior to the shoot.
NOTE TO MODELS...IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE--PLEASE READ THIS!!!
- You
DO NOT own the rights to any images I produce. You have the right to say whether they maybe be published or used on sites like Model Mayhem, MySpace, etc.
- You
MAY NOT sell or use any images copyrighted by me with out written consent. If the images are to be sold or displayed for profit, a contract WILL BE REQUIRED!
- You
WILL NOT EVER post an image not edited by me. For TFCD, you will get the images from the shoot. But those images are for you select the images you want edited in accordance with Model Release.

Equipment - In view of recent incident of a fellow photographer being setup and assaulted on a shoot, I'm taking my equipment list down. Just know that I have professional gear and produce professional results.
