My name is Mehdi (or Medi, as many friends call me). I am an enthusiastic photographer who is based in Gothenburg, Sweden and loves nature and travel, with main interests in landscape and portrait photography, so in essence I am a generalist photographer with eight years experience so have photographed in weddings and for events, and recently with models. But here I am for portraits and model photography, so lets talk about that!
I see portrait photography as a way to connect to subject and the art only comes after this interaction between photographer, model and makeup artist. This can be a bit different than other genres of photography such as candid or nature photography.

Naturally I enjoy portrait photography outside in nature with my subject interacting with his/her surrounding. I am looking for something in my portraits that conveys emotions to the viewers.
