i know i have been m.i.a. i started teaching at a Karate school near where i live...and between that and the gym...not much more time left over. I have to stay focused on body maintenece cause i am signing with Mc2 in like two weeks....they want my weight under 165...and I am 172 now. i am definitely doing the LuxLife tho. anyhow, i have to try and get some sleep while my body is fatigued....i hope tonight i can escape the insomnia!
