Aim High is a regular section of Recharged for aspiring (I'm not going to say “up-and-coming”, statistically 99% of you aren't going anywhere with this) DJs, producers, MCs and other urban music artists.
I am a professional m/artist of 11 1/2 years from Melbourne Australia now working here in the UK. I came here over three years ago to give my career the best chance i possibly could in this highly competitive yet exhilarating industry that has become my passion and my life and to follow my dream in the mecca that is the euro fashion scene. I have worked in most mediums of the art from catwalk, editorial to short film and been fortunate to have worked alongside other brilliant artists in their own right such as well known models and celebrities and to be part of their progression and these to be part of mine is part of what helps to become accomplished in my career.
At heart i am an artist of many different types and learning from all the creative's i work with fuels me and helps me to turn my hand to just about anything within this creative realm, so in saying this I don't see make-up from a make-up point of view...i see it as art like any other and am influenced from every direction that it comes and by those help it evolve.
I'm looking to network with anyone from photographers, models, producers, stylists and other mua's...everyone in the industry to further and challenge myself and others. i mainly do only paid work but if a test comes up with a challenge aspect or i just don't have that particular kind of shot in my folio I'm still keen to jump on board and help out for tfp. i also have various assistant's on hand for larger jobs.
Before the day of any shoot i am to undertake i require a call sheet style listing of all details of job.
