hey marita,
nah i was there to! i probably didnt see you because i left at 11 to go to a 21st, but then i came back for the after party :). i've been really really busy trying to catch up from all the uni i've missed and get ready for exams in 2 weeks and all that. I havent had any time for modelling, but hopefully that picks up next semester.
you sound like you have been really busy. i forgot to msg you to say thanks for all the photos that you took during the comp. they were all beautiful photos and now i can remember it all always :)

no i've never shot with nic bently, it was actually the talented david woolley. i'm shooting with nic on friday though, so im very excited. im not sure if ill make it down to the heats because im not sure what time the shoot is going to finish. but ill definitely try.

Thanks for the comments on the photos. I love Nicole's shots too, they were the first ones i ever did.. i love photoshoots haha!
Lucky u... i only have an hour lunch break from work so i might be able to have a look at Karrinyup but Garden City might be a little far... for me but im sure that heat will be amazing!!! All the girls are stunning in that heat - i would hate to be the judge of that heat in particular!!!
Looking forward to seeing the new pics online afterwards hehe..

Thanks Marita. My love for portraiture comes from my paintings. The human face /form is is never the same so each subject requires an entirely different approach to emphasize their individual beauty and character. That's why Im so enthusiastic about working with models who can change their look and act out a character or story for each shot. Impressed with your monotone shots too.

Oooh editting can be a bit of a bummer but its awesome when you're finally finished and you have some great shots.
Myself, I've had a few print jobs over the past couple of weeks, I'm re doing my book for when I go working overseas. Got a cool test on wednesday, some photographers and stylist spotted me on here and Im doing some 1940s style shoot. And to think I doubted this website hehe
