I'm back in business, baby, and I'm lookin' for YOU!
I've been blessed with working with very talented photographers at the beginning of my little modeling hobby and I carry the lessons I learned from them with me through all my shoots. I wouldn't say I'm experienced, but I'm not a beginner anymore either!
I've always been interested in the artistic aspect of photography and modeling, and now that I've gotten my feet wet I'm here to stay. Any questions you might have are either answered below or can be answered in a message.
Creative Aspects
- I love doing crazy concepts and fun ideas- the crazier, the better. I love pushing the social and artistic envelope, but I will only do shoots if they're tasteful. I don't mind extreme themes, but I'm not going to do something simply for shock value or gore effect. Even my extreme shoots will be tasteful, and yes that is possible.
- I don't have an issue with the human form, however I refuse to do anything remotely soft-core. If that's what you do, please move on. I'm here to make art, not porn. Anything remotely SG, GG, or DN related will be ignored.
- I have a list of ideas that I'm looking to do, but always I'm open to new ideas, styles, and inspirations. Literally - I have a journal I jot down ideas in, in full detail, so I won't forget a thing and can go back and improve on them as time goes on. I'm also up for any idea you might have that appeals to me - I'm a weirdo, so hit me with your best shot!
- Right now, I'm going through a transcendental phase in which I'm rediscovering my inner strength. I'd love to do shoots that show some form of strength, whether masculine or feminine, subtle or bold. It's also growing colder, so things with jackets, shawls, coats, cloaks (yes, I'll go that cliche Goth), or layers- if you have ideas that work with these, I'm totally up for it.
- Nothing is taboo, nothing is sacred to me. I will do anything I can to get you the best shot for the sake of art, even if it means stripping naked on a rock in winter wearing only a pair of earrings – although that is a very chilly idea and I'd prefer not to do that.
- I'm no longer doing any kind of nude work, and that includes implied. I apologize if you really wanted to do that shot of me naked on a rock in winter wearing only a pair of earrings, but that window is now closed.
- I need to update my port! I've gone through a few physical changes (hair, minor weight gain, more freckling) and a few stylistic ones as well. My port's looking a little outdated- think you can help?
Physical Aspects
- I got bored with my hair and had it all chopped off.

Not really, it's now chin length all the way around and almost all my natural color - there's a chunk of blondish highlights that were too high up to remove completely, but frankly, it just adds more spunk.
- My eyes are a greenish-blue that can appear grey. The only color they're lacking is brown. I do not own contacts and I don't plan on it.
- I really am 6’0” tall even, and I really am naturally my measurements, although my weight is a bit of a guess at any given time. I haven't had plastic surgery and I don't do extreme diets. I'm 100% natural.
- I have no tattoos and have my ears pierced once, and I don't have any major or interesting marks. I DO have natural "wear and tear" on my body (slight scars from childhood, stretch marks, moles) and one long but faded scar on my forehead from when I was a teen.
- My style would be best described as “alternative” or "dark". However, my wardrobe contains a variety of styles, and thanks to the generosity of friends and family, it's constantly growing and expanding. I also sew, so if I don't have it, I can probably make it or cobble something together.
- I love trashing things and seeing what can be done with them in a shoot, whether as a prop or as a garment, and I love to hear your ideas about it too.
- I can do basic makeup and hair styling on my own, whether it’s before or on scene - preferably before so we're ready to shoot. I freely admit that while I practice constantly, I'm not a makeup queen, so anything *too* complex in this department and I'll need help. So please, if you don't have access to a MUA, let me know in advance so I'm prepared. Thanks!
Business Aspects
- Please feel free to message me here, or on myspace if you're interested in working with me. If neither of those two work for you, feel free to ask for my regular email or my phone number, but just a heads-up - I'm terrible on the phone!
-
I do not pay photographers, nor do I ask that they pay me. I'm strictly *TF. The only time I've actually gotten something other than pictures (besides dirt and mud) from a shoot was twice - a thrift store dress and a calender, and I'm perfectly fine with that. I'm here to create art, not make money or profit or a name for myself. It's for fun, it's for enjoyment, it's for looking back and laughing at stepping over pigeon crap or getting rained on in the middle of the street. I don't have an ego nor think of myself as a "Supermodel", nor do I want to.
- I'm a creative girl who likes to laugh, so my shoots will always be filled with humor and bouncing ideas back and forth. I take direction and make suggestions, not demands, and when I go on a shoot, I go with an idea in my head and determination to see it through - seriously, ask any of the photographers I've worked with. I may have wavered at first but eventually I did it for the sake of the art, and I'll do it again too.
- I prefer to meet a photographer in person before I shoot with them for the first time, or at least chat on the phone so I can simply see if our personalities work together- let's face it, awkward isn't fun for ANYONE. It helps cut the tension and cover any details that emails might have missed.
- I am currently unemployed, and attend college classes on MWF from 1 pm to 5 pm. I am willing to shoot around these classes, but I am not willing to skip them for a shoot- I pay for them and not for you. Please understand this when contacting me or being contacted for a shoot.
- I
do not flake on photographers. If something does come up to where I can't model, I will call hours before a shoot to let you know why, and offer a list of times when we can reschedule, along with a profuse apology for doing so. I appreciate the same courtesy in return.
- I only require an escort if it's a nude/implied nude shoot and I haven't worked with you before, or if we're going into a not-so-nice area.
- I LOVE location shoots and I LOVE studio shoots - locations provide "oomph" to shots while studios provide more control - and music. If you have a studio shoot with me, expect to hear music, it's one of my creative inspirations and helps cut the tension. It doesn't matter which one it is, either way, I'm ready and rearing to go, so let's do it!
- I am NOT interested in doing other bar/music promotions, and I will ignore you if you send a message or tag asking me to. I've done so in the past and have no interest in doing so again.
