I have always had a real passion for photography but never thought that I could pursue it as a career until I had the opportunity to go back to college at the age of 22.
I obtained my photographic qualifications back in the days before digital technology where you had to capture the image in the camera. During my time studying the aspects of this industry I was taught by some great tutors. However, it wasn’t until leaving college that I discovered my true vocation of band and model photography.
The first live gig I photographed was a local band. Up until that point I had only ever shot studio work in a controlled environment. The pressure and constantly changing environment was addictive and on seeing the results, it was then that I knew I had found my calling.
People soon started to see my photos and it wasn’t long before press agencies were offering me work shooting major gigs, such as the Foo Fighters and Stereophonics.
Alongside the band photography, I also do advertising work for gentlemen's clubs and lingerie companies.
As you can see from my portfolio, I have a passion for creating images and a talent for capturing that ‘perfect shot’.
