Hello all and welcome to my profile! I have signed on to this site to add diversity to my portfolio.  Hopefully I can do the same for those with whom I collaborate. 

--ME--
I am multiracial (asian/caucasian).  I have an extensive modeling background in print, catalogue, editorial, and television commercials.  I don't like dishonest people.  I don't like being cold. 

---PAID WORK---
Any PAID work will be considered.
(If it is demeaning, it will also be quickly dismissed.) 

---TRADE---
(isn't it why most of us are on this site?)
As far as trade work is concerned, print trade depends on the concept and how much it can help me to build my book.  High fashion, and editorial prints will be given the highest priority as well as shoots with phenomenal locations.

---PHONE CALLS---
TALKING ON THE PHONE IS MY KRYPTONITE
  If you don't care about talking to me on the phone, you skip this section... It is the bulk of this bio and if you get this, then you can save yourself a lot of time.
  My disclaimer...
  I hate talking on the phone.  Seriously.  I really hate it and will avoid it at all costs.  It's really not personal, it's just me.  It is just my little quirk.  I find it really tedious and tiresome.  I love to just get to the point!  Nothing makes me grumpier than talking on the phone... even with my friends and family.  I send everyone to voicemail... EVERYONE.
  Plus it has frequently left the door open to unprofessionalism.  Let's please stick to TYPING... mm messages, emails, maybe texts... maybe.  I have noticed that off-topic conversations NEVER come up in anything typed but they almost always come up on the phone.  If we have agreed to shoot and need to discuss details then we can just meet up.
  If I didn't give you my number, don't try to trick me into calling you by saying you MIGHT have some work for me but that i need to call.  In case you missed it, I HATE TALKING ON THE PHONE... so the last thing I am going to do is give my ph # to chatty people so they can call me all the time and then get mad when I don't pick up bc I don't have time or energy to be chatty.  BTW, I am actually very chatty, but NOT ON THE PHONE.  So, if you MIGHT have work for me then tell me who the client is, what the job entails, and what the pay is... and then I MIGHT be interested.  Otherwise, you can rest assured that I DEFINITELY will not be interested.

---NO PERVES---
Experienced, creative, and down-to earth photographers and makeup artists are a great incentive for me, and professionalism is fundamental.
While I will do my best to hold up to the ''no-flake rule," I would appreciate compliance with the "no-perv rule".  I am here for creative reasons, not dating, relationships, friends, or otherwise so working together means working together and nothing more.  If we work together don't hit on me, it hurts the shots and makes me uncomfortable.

---SOME QUESTIONS FIRST---
If you are interested in trade, here are SOME QUESTIONS I might ask you:
1. Have you read my profile? If not, go back and read it... all the way to the end. Duh.
2. Can you provide clear, high resolution pics that are edited?  Do you edit well?  Do you pay someone to edit well?  Do you release RAW files?  I hope not.  Doesn't matter how good you are.
3. Do you have a makeup artist?  FYI: Dragging clothes AND makeup around on a shoot sucks.  Is the mua experienced?  I am a mua for my day job so I expect quality.
4. What is the turnaround time on images?  (3 months is not good)

---NEWBIES---
Please just be honest.  If you are not pro yet but are looking to and have a good camera and talent, then I might wanna work with you!  Maybe not now, but possibly in the future, and more so if you are a nice person.  But I want to know from the get go.  I know what it is like to be a newbie and have a barren portfolio so I am a firm believer in paying forward all of the help of that I have received from the  people who have helped me build my book!    If you want to give me some incentive to working with you, look at my lists and see what kind of shots I would looooove to at least attempt!

---DON'T ASK---
Don't ask me to do anything that required me to be nekkid to any degree unless you are truly a bad ass photographer who can make even a hippo look good in a bikini.  Even then, it's not a given that I will agree.  Also, I am not interested in shooting generic swimsuit pics (like in front of a sunset, on a waterfall, etc).  I already have way too many.  Too many swimsuit pics, that is.  If you want these, then at least try to think of a fair trade for me.

---RELEASES---
I only sign releases for photographers who are waaaaaay better than most photogs I have encountered.  The reasons are obvious. Don't be mad... some models don't sign releases for trade at all.

---DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT---
  ...not giving me the shots.  No one appreciates having their time wasted and if you do this to me, I will not hold back in telling anyone who asks.
