I've been a photographer for more than 30 years now, first working as a teenager at Ehrenreich Photo Optical Industries (the famous EPOI) in New York where I learned mostly about equipment. For a couple of decades, I did a lot of film and darkroom work and began to work in digital about 10 years ago. Although I shoot 98% digital now with my various Nikon gear (D3s, D2Xs and others), I still use my Mamiya 645 Pro TL and Zenza Bronica ETRS II for special shoots.
I studied photography in college but got my BA in management science and completed graduate work for my MBA at the University of Dallas. My primary interest now is on studio and commercial photography. To stay current, I recently completed my certificate in photography through the University of South Florida.
