I have spent years of cultivating and developing the man you see before you. A tremendous amount of time and effort went into my physique, and I'm blessed to reach this pinnacle of success. I've suffered through injuries, through lack of proper nutrition, through the naysayers attempting to deter my progression. But I have risen above it all. In in the process my mind became stronger. My mind was the catalyst through this entire journey.
I come from Trinidad roots with a blend of the Virgin Islands of St. Thomas. Brooklyn born, so my aura and energy, and mannerism attribute to the well notorize city. From the genesis of my working out it started at the tender age of eight, when my father taught me how to do pushups.
