Hello,
Welcome to my page. My name is Miss Betty, and I was "Born in the Bowl". Born the daughter if a Hair Colorist, I have worked my way over the course of the last 14 years into a full time Hair Stylist and Make-up Artist at an upscale salon in Santa Monica California, POMP SALON.
I specialize in color correction and formal event styling. I was formally educated at Santa Monica College. Upon graduation I immediately started taking courses for advanced education in hair sculpting and color correction at Vidal Sassoon Academy, TiGi Academy and The Goldwell Academy where I have obtained multiple certifications and specialty training. In addition to salon styling I am a Make Up Artist Educator with, The Make Up Artist Workshops out of the greater Los Angeles areas. Together with other accomplished industry artists, we provide education to up and coming aspiring artists.
Along with continuing education at the Advanced Trade Academies, continue working toward my bachelors in Chemistry Science with a Minor in Fine Arts, alongside having a set date in June 2009, for the North American Master Colorist Certification test. All in all, I am very excited to see my many years of hard work, dedication and studying pay off.
My reasoning to be apart of the family here at Model Mayhem is to collaborate with the Professional Models, Photographers and extended crew that it takes to compile brilliant artistic visions into a respectable portfolio.
My work ethic is strong, with nothing but the utmost respect for the talents and time of the accompanying crew. I hope to meet other professionals who feel the same and want to work together to make beautiful art together. Whether it be basic styling or complete transformations, I obtain a high interested in all aspects of editorial styling.

*Weekdays, available evenings (Take clients at Salon Tues-Sat)
*Only PAYING Jobs will I book myself OUT of the Salon.
*Can arrange to style any models at salon if shooting during "The Magic Hour" on the local Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu Beaches.
*YES, will shoot with tastefully depicted nude models (No Smut/No Pornography)
