I'm am principally an art photographer. I am also painter. I show my work in galleries and on my web sites. I've been doing photography for over 25 years. For many years I did my own black and white and some color prints but I switched to digital and have not gone into my darkrooms since.

I am interested in working with new models and will offer TFP/ DVD shoots for portfolio developement.I have helped and advised many new models to navigate beggining a sucessful modeling career.I know that many photographers say they are willing to help new models.For real help new models  need 1. great photos ( experience working with excellent photographers) and 2. photographers who provide model credits on their sites to facilitate other photographers working with you.

I sometimes pay models working on my art projects. I'm especially looking to work with models who are artists themselves ( ie dancers, painters, photographers etc. ) or individuals who want to experiment with a collaborative photographic effort to create unique and intense artistic imagery.

I'm currently looking for couples to model in my intimacy series which does not necessarily require nudity or sexual references.I am doing a project to photograph intimacy. People who have an intimate relationship show that in a myriad of ways, sometimes just in the way they stand or sit next to each other. Its something that even casual observers can recognize and its almost impossible to simulate with models who are not intimate. There is a broad spectrum of intimate behaviors and situations and I'm interested in all of them. Many equate intimacy with nudity or sexual content and I see both intimate and non intimate content with both. However, intimacy does not require either. In this project I have accepted working with whatever the intimate couple feel comfortable with from posing clothed together in the studio to making love with the camera present. I haven't limited my ideas of what constitutes intimacy but have rather let couples define that for themselves in the shoot. I find that this experiment  has enlarged my concepts of intimacy and resulted in some extraordinary images.
