My name is Scott Anderson and my studio is called Anderson Artwork. I am based near Kansas City Mo. I have been in business since 1999 and my specialities are Weddings, Portfolios, Fine Art, Events and recently Staff Photographer the KC Panthers semi-pro NAFL football team. I am able to travel with advance notice and expenses paid.

My Passion is Art and my Dream is to take pictures all over the world. My Studio's Motto is...The Camera, The Eye, The Light...Together with the Soul...Make the Art!

My Philosophy?.... It is all of the combined moments, lived in search of excellence, that ultimately make it possible to inspire the trust another person needs to let you see into their heart...and then to allow you to point a camera at what you find there. So all day, everyday, becomes merely preparation for the times I am privileged to hold a camera.


CURRENT PROJECTS:

1. Coffee table book with vintage apparel, basically glamour work with clothing styles from the 1920's to 1980's. Mainly females but a few males will be needed for this. Images for your book are included.

2. Coffee book focusing on Classic Rock and Roll songs and lyrics for inspiration. These are paid positions.

3. Coffee table book on "Real Women, Real Curves, Real Beauty." Focused on what the median woman is in America since the average dress size here is a Size 14. We will be needing females from Size 10 through Size 18 for this. Also women in their 30's, 40's, 50's, and 60's. Images for your book are included.

4. "You can leave your hat on" I came across a selection of Vintage and Classic Glamour hats. I plan to do a series of works featuring these along with other vintage clothing and props. Series will range from classic glamour through artistic/glamour nudes. All ages/looks will be considered for these shots and any MUA/Stylists that wants a chance to work out some of their ideas are welcome to participate. Everyone will at least get great images for the books and we may make some cash on them as well. Pay will be on a profit sharing basis.


BOOKING: Due to numerous "No Call No Shows," booking time will no longer be done without a deposit of 1/2 the sitting fees for the style of shoot you wish to book. Call or write with what you are wanting to capture. I will respond with a quote for that exact concept. There is no sense in giving you a generic quote that may cover services that you don't want but doesn't include the ones that you do. A natural light, casual fashion shoot simply doesn't cost what swimwear shot underwater in the Bahamas does! You will find my rates are competitive with any one's.

No TFP/TFCD will be accepted excepting "hour for hour" trades of my shooting your idea/look and then you shooting my idea/concept. Occasionally these may be for the above mentioned coffee table books, but more likely, any TFP accepted will include fine art/glamour nudes However, if you have a look that is not represented in my portfolio, now, I might accept TFP to gain that new look for my book.
