I am full-time photographer who conducts photography workshops in America’s most exotic landscapes.

If I've sent you a friend request, I'm probably considering you for a project in your area. For example, I led 19 photographers around Mono Lake and the Eastern Sierra, and we will included a "people in landscapes" segment in the instruction.

Some of the opportunites to work with me may be paid, some may be collaborative TF* projects. Either way I'd prefer to work with serious models who will serve as good trade contacts in the future, so any work we do together could lead either of us to additional paid gigs in the future as our work circulates. I work with Getty Images to supply stock photography, and my images appear in magazines, calendars, newspapers, brochures, visitors guides, on product packaging and on numerous Web sites. I'm working on some creative projects that will make excellent gallery shows.

I'd like to update my portfolio with various takes on people in landscapes: bathing suit/beach/sunset, recreation/products/clothing, figure studies vs. natural features (implied/art nude) are all areas that I'd like to collaborate on.

I shoot with Canon pro L Series lenses. My full-frame Canon 5D mark II DSLR is not only one of the world's best still cameras, it now produces the world's best high definition video as well.

Beyond portfolio shots I have a few more ambitious projects that I'd like to complete. As a photography guide, I have specific Western U.S. locations in mind for several original and potentially spectacular concepts (some of which correspond with solar, lunar and stellar events in those locations). I'd love to find a few key collaborators who are willing to put in the extra time and effort to produce stunning results.

Although I'm based near Lake Tahoe in Northern California, I'll be on the road in Southern California many times over the next few months working on a book.
