Born in the Chicago area this Puerto Rican beauty is someone to keep your eye on. MiMi's look is timeless and versatile but she is more than just eye candy and aspires to take this industry by storm! MiMi doesn't set limits on herself; finding it important to keep her options open and determined not to be pinned under one particular label she will tackle whatever is placed in her career path.
MiMi lived on the island of Puerto Rico for some time in her grandparent's home located on a mountain top in the country. She had to become accustomed to the lifestyle of her grandparents and other family members that resided there and lived as simple as simple can get. She appreciates this time period of her life because it taught her humbleness and anyone who knows MiMi could attest to that.
As a child, her parents instilled the values of hard work and perseverance. With her mother being a native of the island and coming to America with no English skills, she educated herself on the language and the culture and became a successful and influential individual. Her father was born in the states...endured humble beginnings and his tenacity assured that a better life was ahead. So, it is no surprise that this work ethic has transferred to MiMi's every day life.
Living her family's struggle provided a drive and fire that will never be extinguished. Testimony to this fire and drive is Mimi's accomplishment of being a first generation college graduate receiving a Bachelor Degree in Social Work which she uses to guide her passion for social justice. In true form, Mimi did not stop there; she continued on to obtain a Master Degree as well. So, as she sets her eyes on this industry, Mimi is ready to make her mark and will be noticed! Modeling, Acting, and Hosting (television & event)...again there are no limits...she's going after it all!

Chris Johnson, Photographer and salsa music promoter of "Hot Salsa Kitchen" in Chicago is hosting a networking party at Vida Lounge on Friday, June 6th. This will hopefully become a weekly event and hot spot for all the beautiful people (lol) of Model Mayhem.
Vida Lounge has 2 floors. There is a very swanky bar on the main floor with big screen tv's and a great restaurant serving Argentinian style latin food. There is no cover charge to chill out in the main bar.
Upstairs we have the best in salsa, mambo, merengue, cha cha, bachata and a little cumbia. The cover charge is only $5.
Bring your business cards and remember to dress to impress! 21+ Only. Parking is available at St. Alphonsus Church at the corner of Southport and George.

CURRENT CASTING FOR OUTDOOR CITY SHOOT WEATHER PERMITTING...
I want to do an outdoor city shoot around Rush/Oak Streets with female and male models as a group/couples/individuals.
THIS IS A TF* UNPAID SESSION. ALL EDITED PHOTOS WILL BE POSTED ON MY WEBSITE FOR YOUR USE. MODEL RELEASE REQUIRED.
The dress styles can range from street/urban/hiphop to BeBe/DG/Prada.
You need to make the most of 1 outfit since we wont be able to change clothes outside. Ladies, remember to bring accessories and do your own styling. Prefer guys clean shaven, NO BLING PLEASE.
Be prepared to work quickly and with others and take direction well. I will coordinate a meeting place depending on how many people respond and confirm. Plan on an afternoon from 1pm-5pm Saturday/Sunday.
