I have been working in Makeup for about 4 years. I started out doing friends and family members makeup for weddings and proms and special events when i was about 16. I fell in love with doing people's makeup and i knew thats what i wanted to pursue as a career.

I love working with makeup because it allows me to show my creative side and the best thing is there is no rules! You are pretty much able to do whatever you feel like doing as long as it is clean and hygenic. Hygiene is so important in this industry and i am very clean when i work. I will always come to a shoot with clean brushes and supplies. I scrape all liquids and creams out before touching a brush to it. A brush is never used twice without it being clean.
My kit is filled with all professional and photo friendly products.
I am currently working for Merle Norman Cosmetics part time and have been for the past year and a half, but i really want to get my freelance career up and going!
I am looking to build and expand my portfolio and keep it up to date with new looks and photos
I am more than willing to do TFP or TFCD ocassionally but when doing a TFCD i would like to get all the photos from the shoot on a CD. Not just the ones that the photographer thinks are the best shots. Photographers best photos and a makeup artists best photos are hardly ever the same~ AND it would be nice with some help on gas if it is too far
Before booking a shoot i would like to know all the details such as...
1. Date and Time
2. Location
3. How many models (male or/and female)
4. How many look and what look you are trying to achieve
5. Paid or Test
i would also like to have all the necessary contact information for those working on the shoot.
