A professional freelance based in Leeds. Over twenty years experience of photography, though took a break at the start of the new millennium have been back now since 2003 running my own business Stuarts Photography Leeds. Recently short-listed for 2009 Photographer of the Year sponsored by Sky Arts. Numerous publications, most recently in Hammer magazine. However, I'm sure you'll have seen my agency work without you even realising it.

I do not work with everybody I'm afraid: So if you do get an invite from me you are one of the lucky ones: If you get a rejection from me don't take it personally – it's probably time constraints.

A few things about the way I work. Firstly, you will get from any shoot you do with me a CD containing a minimum of 60 fully processed high resolution images: This is usually sent out within a week of the shoot. You will also gain access to an ftp site to enable you to download images that can be used on any web page. Some, not all, will be ready for download within 48 hours of the shoot. I'll also provide composites and z-card images if requested so to do. For this I do not charge. However, you are expected to pay your own travelling expenses. My studio is a converted basement – please do not judge it from the outside. All of the images you see on my profile have been shot here. It is compact but very functional.

I do supply stock agencies with pictures. However, you will not be expected to sign a model release form at the shoot. I will make arrangements with you for any image that is to be used. You will therefore remain in control of the destination of the images at all times. However, copyright will remain with me. On any sales of images I generally split the fee on a 50-50 basis with the model.

You will not be sold anything I promise: If you would like prints I can supply them at very reasonable rates (£15 for 20 8x6s for example). Z-Cards 50 for £25 (7x5). Other print prices on request. I offer most of the prints at cost price.

And once again: I am a professional and work professionally and ethically at all times. Chaperones welcome to the shoot providing they are not photographers. A MUA is also available at the shoots, sometimes free, sometimes for a nominal fee that we split 50-50.
