"Creating unique images of life and living"
I'm a Western Australian contemporary fine art and portrait professional photographer. I seek to create extraordinary contemporary images swelling with the beauty of colour and natural forms, yet from a perspective that is often surprising and graphically startling.
I am extremely passionate about my craft and I am driven to create unique imagery of insights with verve in colour and form. I have photographed around the world, and I love, and am grateful, that my clients and subjects are so amazing and varied.
I have been a photographer for 20 years. I am an Accredited Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography, the Australian Commercial Media Photographers and the American Society of Media Photographers.
My photographic style is bold and contemporary and I am keen to create something unique for you. If you think my style would suit your commission, but can not see anything similar on the website, then I would like the opportunity to talk with you about what you are looking for. Please feel free to browse and enjoy the galleries though note that all images are copyright protected and some of them maybe be password protected by request of the client. Examples of portrait work can be provided.
Enjoy your visit, and please contact me if you have any ideas you would like to discuss, design concepts that you are seeking to solve, or if you would like to see more of my imagery. I am available for commercial and private commissions globally.
The vast majoirty of my work is commissioned/fee-based. I do TFP on a case-by-case basis and happy to help out those who are getting started in the industry. My criteria are based around charging are based on the uniqueness of concept, full creative team involved and the level of direction and coordination and of course use.
I am available to do nudes, though I will not photograph graphic poses. All nude sessions will be discretely video recorded for your safety and mine. After the shoot is completed the file will be erased following agreement nothing un-toward occurred. I am also not interested in shooting porn. I am a professionally accredited photographer, and conduct my work in a professional and above board manner. Any minors will require signed parental or guardian approval before the session and I will require a chaperone.
Generally speaking, compensation is as follows:
TFP basis: If we agree to work on a TFP basis, I will provide online access of the selected photographs from the shoot. I will also offer a model release, which allows all parties involved to use the images in a self-promotional manner. You will also get a hi-resolution CD from the shoot of the selected shots. For me to usually accept a TFP client, is because the full creative team has been arranged, and the concept is unique portfolio level work.
Paid Basis: Payment is as negotiated during our discussion and will include a model release. The model release will state the amount of compensation in exchange for the model release. It will also include provisions which grants the right to use the images, for self-promotional purposes, to the model. I can also arrange the creative team and can provide rates based on the shoot requirements.
The model release will be available for review before the photoshoot and will need to be signed and forwarded to me at before the shoot. I will require a driver's license for the photoshoot, as proof of age. Again under-aged models can be photographed but on with signed parental or guardian with full disclosure of the concept and required work. These terms again are required for our mutual protection.
So if thats not all too boring and you would like to get creative and get some fantastic images for your portfolio drop me a message.
